As an erhu player, I am very happy to be able to share my culture and music with you. Music has no borders. Traditional music culture can bridge the cultural dive and social understanding, connecting people with divine inspirations.

Erhu Player, Traditional Chinese Music
The erhu is a divine traditional Chinese instrument and it is commonly known as the Chinese violin. Even though it only has two strings, its music is very expressive and touches the human heart.

Ms. Mei Xuan began learning Erhu at the age of ten. She served as the chief erhu performer at the Huangmei Art Theater in Anhui, China, after she graduated from a professional art school. She performed many soundtracks for dozens of films and television.
In 2007, Mei Xuan came to the United States and joined the world-renowned Performing Arts Troupe and Symphony Orchestra as an Erhu soloist, opening a new chapter in her career. In the past ten years, she has toured more than 100 cities worldwide with the Performing Arts Orchestra.

Mei Xuan produces her music channel while teaching. She hope the world understand traditional Chinese Culture which was destroyed by the Chinese Communist government. She hoped Erhu's beautiful melody could bring happiness and relaxation to people and give them mental clarity.
