I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, the 'City of Roses'. I attended Lewis and Clark College in Portland, but wanted to satisfy my burning desire to become an artist...so traveled to Los Angeles, California, to attend Art Center School of Design. Funds ran out and I needed to seek employment as a secretary. But as luck would have it, I married a fine gentleman, also from Portland, and our fantastic journey began.
